Csilla Gergely obtained her PhD in 1997 at the Szeged, Hungary, in the fiel og biophysics.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Csilla Gergely is currently professor in biophysics at the Charles Coulomb Laboratory at Montpellier University in France
Since its creation in 2011, C. Gergely has led the Biomedical Physics program within the multidisciplinary master on ITC Technologies for Health at the University of Montpellier.
C. Gergely created the bionanophotonics team in 2006 and is the current leader. They are conducting highly multidisciplinary research developing a variety of biophotonic tool to study molecular assemblies, living cells, and tissues.
